Chris published the first book on the RDR in October 2011; “Winning Client Trust’ winningclienttrust.com and has designed unique FinTech/RegTech compliance and business development platform Model Office, plus business and people learning and development programmes that enable professional and financial service firms to express their services and fees clearly and enables individuals to adapt to new skill sets demanded by regulatory change.
Chris is a visiting lecturer in Strategic Management at University of Hertfordshire and ICA: UK trained in group facilitation methods and provides freelance work as facilitator and is PRINCE2 project management qualified.

She is an experienced and values led Consultant, Mentor, Facilitator and Executive Coach, coupled with a unique blend of extensive operational HR, Finance and Transformation experience gained in multinational companies of size and scale. Michaela’s strength of Retail experience means she is well equipped to support clients through both relentless, fast-paced change, as well as more fundamental transformational change.
Adam Owen CMgr FCMI, DipPFS, Certs CII (MP & ER): Associate
As an experienced Director and Chartered Manager with skills in leadership and management, regulation, risk, compliance and supervision, Adam specialises in learning and professional development within the financial services profession. In a career spanning more than 20 years, he has held advisory roles within direct sales and the IFA sector and provided technical support to both Directly Authorised firms and Networks. He was a founding director of support services provider EQI Consultancy and has held a variety of senior compliance and supervision positions within the IFA Sector. Adam also works directly with apprenticeship programmes, schools, colleges and universities through programmes like the Career Ready Programme to help students plan their careers and enter the jobs market.
A CII, PFS and NSAFS accredited trainer, Adam designs and delivers live and internet based revision courses for financial services professional as well as being involved in the design of new qualification content.
Tom Clark: Associate
Tom has over 25 years experience in financial services and has a proven record of delivering success in a number of different areas within the sector; including Compliance & Risk, management abilities, legal, Compliance and Governance operational & regulatory strategy. He also played a key role in effectively managing and resolving complex compliance issues including CASS6 and CASS7 events.Tom’s experience includes the Royal Bank of Scotland and Aegon.
