We focus on highly topical issues affecting the industry and customers alike. The aim is to provide data and evidence that will enable organisations to build stronger, more compliant and client-centric propositions and empower employee and client engagement. By attending you will receive CPD, a copy of our research paper which includes all customer research on their needs, along with case studies supplied by Symposium speakers.
