Harriett Baldwin

Harriet Baldwin is Member of Parliament for West Worcestershire. Prior to politics, Harriet enjoyed a successful 20-year career in finance specialising in currency markets for pension funds. In May 2015, Harriet was appointed Economic Secretary to the Treasury (City Minister) and has taken an active interest in the Financial Advice Market Review. Harriet will be giving her views on government strategy and vision for supporting a savings and investment culture incorporating FinTech and governmental policy

 is an investment director within the Multi-Asset team at Investec Asset Management with responsibility for process and product management across the global product range.  Prior to joining the firm, Justin was the global head of product management for multi-asset at Schroders Investment Management where he led the development and commercialisation of the product range, working with a broad range of clients across the multi-asset business. Justin will asses investment themes for incentivising an investment culture.
Screen Shot 2016-03-02 at 22.20.53Charles Counsell became executive director for automatic enrolment at The Pensions Regulator in 2011. Charles was at the regulator in 2006 – 2007, and since 2008 has been involved with the design and delivery of automatic enrolment. For nearly 20 years, Charles has been setting up and running major business change programmes.  As well as his work in the public sector, Charles has run major programmes of change in the financial services and automotive industries. Charles will assess how auto-enrolment can evolve to support a savings and investment culture
